These people also felt like a good fit personality-wise. Margalo was great to work with and we enjoyed her no-nonsense sense of humor. Also, this was interesting working about 1:15 hours from home. We had to get used to traveling longer every day. The need for this project was to create a better server room for Joel and his son who are big into techy stuff, more sleeping quarters, an updated relocated kitchen, and overall brighter and updated spaces.

Scope of Work:

Relocate/update kitchen

Create an additional bedroom

Create an additional server room

Update and separate all basement electrical to new sub-panel

Install new venting

Cover ceramic hardwood floor with warmer LVT product

Install soundproofing Rockwool in the ceiling for sound deadening between floors

Install new, updated drop ceiling

Custom cabinets, features, apartment-size appliances, & Quartz countertops
