This large back deck with an integrated pavillion represents the pinnacle of year-round outdoor living. In this project, Crossroads Construction blended the freedom of an expansive sun deck with the permanent protection of a custom-built pavilion. This dual-purpose design allows the homeowners to enjoy the sunshine while having a sophisticated, sheltered area to escape the heat or rain.
The pavilion serves as the crown jewel of the project. This "outdoor living room" is designed for comfort, providing the perfect infrastructure for ceiling fans, lighting, and comfortable lounge seating. Surrounding the pavilion is a massive composite deck footprint that offers ample space for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
Every element of the construction was chosen for durability and aesthetic harmony. From the stone-wrapped pillar bases that anchor the pavilion to the sleek, modern railing system that defines the deck's perimeter, the craftsmanship is evident in every joint.
