Duplex in Jonathan Drive

In 2017, we constructed a comfortable duplex featuring semi-modern kitchens and décor, custom cabinets, a heat pump, standard PEX plumbing, and LVT flooring. Each 1,200-square-foot unit included two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a half bath, a full basement, a one-car garage, and a maintenance-free deck.

This build perfectly filled the housing need of two retired clients. Because it was built in location populated by retirees, it offers great community to boot! One duplex was purchased by a client who wanted to downsize to a unit that would be welcoming to her dog. Our second client opted to rent. Both parties are thrilled with the arrangements and are happy to have their own places and spaces to call home. They treat the units respectfully—as their own.
